In terms of acting, Aly gained early recognition for her role as Keely Teslow in the Disney Channel series "Phil of the Future," which aired from 2004 to 2006. Aly and her sister, AJ Michalka, also formed the musical duo Aly & AJ. They have released several albums together, including "Into the Rush" (2005) and "Insomniatic" (2007).
