At Canada Collectibles we guarantee our products to be authentic and in excellent condition. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on every item we sell. It is not only a business for us; our mission is your complete satisfaction and to help you find that item you have sought after for so long.
Please note that figurines and used sports clothing and equipment may show signs of wear – this is part of the authenticity of the collectible. If you receive your product and you are unhappy with the condition, please call us to discuss at (250) 575-2227.
Should you want to return the product to us, please note that refunds will only be issued once we have received the original piece and confirmed the product is not as presented online.
Requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of any purchase.
Any package that includes a missing or incorrect Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or Holograms must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Visa, Debit and MasterCard are accepted. Payment must be by credit card or other permitted payment method. Canada Pop Culture & Sports Collectibles does not collect your financial information and all payments are processed by our trusted third-party service provider. We reserve the right to change the permitted methods of payment at any time, including and without limitation, the credit cards we will accept.
By completing a purchase transaction (“Order”) through the website, you are agreeing to pay, in full, the prices and all applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees in relation to your Order. Applicable sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling and return shipping charges. Taxes may depend on your delivery location.
If your Order is improperly completed, not completed, or payment is not received, your Order will not be accepted.
Please note that adding items to your shopping cart (“Cart”) does not reserve such items for you or guarantee that you will be able to purchase such items at a later date.
We reserve the right to change the prices offered on the website at any time.
All dollar amounts are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your Order as quickly as possible; however, we will not be responsible for any delays in fulfillment which are beyond our control. If you do not receive your Order within 10 days of purchase, please let us know.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any Order. Further, we reserve the right to verify the validity of all Orders and cancel any Order if we find evidence of fraud, tampering and/or any other violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to require proof of identity for the purposes of verifying the legitimacy of any Order or other information.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per Order. We also reserve the right, in our discretion, not to offer shipping to all areas or to certain addresses. In the event that we are unable or choose not to ship an item, you will be notified accordingly and the amount for that item charged in relation to your Order will be reduced accordingly.

While we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
We also reserve the right, in our discretion, not to offer shipping to all areas or to certain addresses. In the event that we are unable or choose not to ship an item, you will be notified accordingly and the amount for that item charged in relation to your Order will be reduced accordingly.
We will replace or refund you for any product that is flawed or damaged. We ask that the customer return the original product for replacement, with proof of purchase, within 7 days in the original packaging.
We are also unable to accept return of a product that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or a product that is ordered in error.
PLEASE CALL US TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE PURCHASING THE CORRECT ITEM BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE ORDER.
The product must be returned unused. Please call us at our Kelowna office to discuss any returns.
Once the product is received we will review the condition and call you to discuss any refund to your credit card for the cost of the product less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please provide your shipping tracking number.
- Any accessories that are found missing can result in a voided refund. Carefully check your product, package it in the original package, and safely wrap it to prevent damage when returning it to us.
This policy does not include damages caused during shipping. In this event that your order was damaged during transit, please refer to our shipping policy. We will work with the carrier to determine what will be done.
Please note that collectibles are valuable and must be stored away from direct sunlight in climate/humidity-controlled rooms. Products which are subject to environmental effects such as sunlight, excess heat or cold, or humid environments will not be eligible for return or exchange. As such, Canada Collectibles is unable to accommodate returns or exchanges should we determine there has been environmental damage in the 30 day period after the shipment, evidenced by fading signatures, warped matboards, discolouration of photos, etc.
Limitations on Returns
Canada Collectibles will not accept requests for returns or exchanges on custom framed items, specialty orders, or special offers.
We reserve the right of refusal on any order/item returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number will be provided by our office after discussing your return. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for any return.
US and International Shipping Terms
US and international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
All products sold in our online store are subject to applicable taxes.
Please let us know the athlete, item type, ink color and provide any other details of the piece you are interested in sending in. Based on our many years of experience, we know that items may get some wear during a signing event. This might include small creases or dings from being handled, the edges of posters may get wrinkled, and any other wear that can be expected with a private signing. We will not resell poor autographs as a result of photos being printed on poor paper. Please remember that each autograph is a one of a kind as it is hand signed. We will ask for a hologram on the item and a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to go with the item.
Canada Collectibles will not be held responsible for replacing extra items sent with your consignment item(s).
