Our Shipping Policies

Canada Collectibles uses Canada Post for reliable, insured shipments. (We are also happy to discuss other shipping companies depending on your needs!). Once we receive your online order we will estimate the weight and dimensions of the item(s) to calculate the shipping cost as per the current rates offered by these companies. We will then call you to get your approval and a credit card for payment.

You will have the opportunity to cancel your order at this time for a full refund, should you choose to do so.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS TO PO BOXES.

Any item delivered to your home must be signed for. The shipping company will try to deliver the package three times. If they cannot reach you, the package is sent back to us in Kelowna, BC. In these circumstances, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred while re-shipping the product.

Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and will typically ship within 5 business days of being processed. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. Please check your spam folder as some email programs will filter these notifications as spam.

Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.

Exceptions apply to Shipping Policies for unsigned photos/prints.

International Orders

We also ship orders outside of Canada and the continental United States. As usual, you will receive a phone call with a quote for these shipping charges.

Pick Ups

You can choose to not pay for shipping on your order by choosing to pick-up at our store on Dilworth Ave in Kelowna, BC. Please call (250) 575-2227 to confirm before picking up.

Pick-ups are available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ONLY.

Tracking Your Order

If you wish to track the status of your order, please use the tracking number emailed to you, once shipping has been arranged.
