🏒 Tom Barrasso Autographed Penguins Puck
A fantastic piece for any Pittsburgh Penguins or hockey memorabilia collection, this Tom Barrasso autographed puck celebrates one of the most important goaltenders in Penguins history.
Barrasso was acquired by Pittsburgh from the Buffalo Sabres in November 1988 and spent parts of 12 seasons with the Penguins. He quickly became the backbone of the team in net and played a major role during Pittsburgh's rise to Stanley Cup contention.
Barrasso was the starting goaltender for the Penguins' back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in 1991 and 1992. During those two championship runs, he posted a remarkable 28-12 record, 2.72 GAA and .913 save percentage. His 39-save shutout in Game 6 of the 1991 Final helped Pittsburgh capture its first Stanley Cup in franchise history.
He was also an outstanding puck-handler, known for his ability to move the puck and contribute offensively. Barrasso finished his Penguins career with 31 points, the most ever by a goaltender in franchise history, and recorded 226 regular-season wins with Pittsburgh.
